I have been lucky enough to eat Alex’s food at several events, so Pearl Banqueting was the obvious choice to cater for 30 choir members at a recent workshop.
Alex devised a varied hot buffet menu catering for all dietary needs and requests. The main course choices consisting of Jacobs Ladder short rib, Lemon garlic chicken breast, Beef Lasagne and a Quorn option were piping hot, served on time and plentiful. The dishes were served with a selection of sauces, condiments, carbs and vegetables plus a salad bar. The delicious food contributed to an extremely enjoyable and successful day with requests for Alex to cater our next choir event.
