I am a young passionate chef who loves to make great food memories... Have you ever wanted to have a special buffet with all your favourite foods?
A dusk wine and dine meal with your friends? Or just a mouthwatering canapé spread for one; or one hundred?
And if so how easy is it to cater for all of those allergens and intolerances?
I am very familiar with a vast variety of dietary requirements and am always prepared to meet those needs while still providing top-quality food.
What makes us different?
Pearl Banqueting is a small business that buys resources and produce from other local family businesses, consciously supporting the community.
I offer to donate 10% of the profits of your order to a charity listed on the website.

Choose a themed buffet from seasonal, cuisine based, specialised themes like Harry Potter, or completely customised.
Prices will vary due to the amount of items you want to have on your buffet menu.
Fine Dining
Caters up to 20 people
(4 minimum)
Choose a seasonal or themed bespoke menu for you and your guests! Also a perfect opportunity to have canapés or amuse bouche to start off the meal for an extra "Wow!"

I have been lucky enough to eat Alex’s food at several events, so Pearl Banqueting was the obvious choice to cater for 30 choir members at a recent workshop.
Alex devised a varied hot buffet menu catering for all dietary needs and requests. The main course choices consisting of Jacobs Ladder short rib, Lemon garlic chicken breast, Beef Lasagne and a Quorn option were piping hot, served on time and plentiful. The dishes were served with a selection of sauces, condiments, carbs and vegetables plus a salad bar. The delicious food contributed to an extremely enjoyable and successful day with requests for Alex to cater our next choir event.
