 Hi I'm Alex Porter, 24, originally from Southampton. Since training with the most amazing chefs in breath-taking places, I have served, celebrities, elite sports teams and corporate business through Lainston House, Winchester and Pennyhill Park Hotel, Bagshot for 6 years. I now pursue my passion with this very business whilst serving as Sous chef for the Royal Military Academy - Sandhurst.
I'm so proud to have come this far in recreating my food ambitions, I hope with this business I will have the opportunity to spark a passion for food in others and build confidence in using local produce. Not only do I wish to support small businesses, through my service I offer to donate a percentage to one of the charities that mean a lot to me - such as the Autism Trust or TransActual.
